Thank you for considering an entry into Ultra4 Australiathe toughest off-road racing series in the country.

Ultra4 Australia is not for the faint-hearted. This is extreme terrain, relentless courses, and racing that pushes both machine and driver to their absolute limits. If you’re ready to take on the challenge, your commitment starts here.

A $450 entry fee is required to secure your position on the grid. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving payment details via email. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in your entry being forfeited to the next competitor in line.

All required entry information must be submitted in full and accurately. Incomplete or missing details may delay or prevent confirmation of your entry. This information is critical to ensure compliance with event regulations, safety requirements, and race operations.

Ultra4 Australia events are run to a strict schedule, with limited entries and high demand. By submitting your entry, you acknowledge the commitment required to compete at this level and agree to meet all deadlines, technical requirements, and event rules.

MOTORSPORT IS DANGEROUS     

It is essential for every participant to understand this fundamental rule of Ultra4 racing: Prime responsibility for the safe condition and operation of a vehicle in competition rest with the vehicle owner, driver and crewmembers. The track operator’s main concern is to provide a place to conduct events. Ultra4 Australia produces guidelines based on experience and circulates information to help perpetuate the sport. Close observance of the standard set forth in the Rulebook is required for all participants, including owners, drivers, and crewmembers.

     

However, off road racing is dangerous. Therefore, no express or implied warranty of safety is created from publication of or compliance with Ultra4 Australia rules, nor does compliance with Ultra4 Australia rules guarantee against injury or death to participants, spectators, or others.

     

Off road racing is a dangerous sport. There is no such thing as a guaranteed race. off road racing always carries with it the risk of serious injury or death in any number of ways. This risk will always exist no matter how much everyone connected with offroad racing tries to make our sport safer. Although Ultra4 Australia works to promote and enhance the safety of the sport, there are no guarantees that such safety measures will guarantee or ensure safety.

     

The participant’s own safety, and by participating in off road racing, the participant accepts all risks of injury, whether due to negligence, vehicle failure, or otherwise. If any time a participant does not accept these risks, the participant agrees not to participate in off road racing.
