The last round of the year took place on the Friday afternoon with the teams setting out on a 4hr Enduro starting at 2pm. The race track was described as the best track so far by the teams! There was combinations of rocks, high speed, whoops and tight sections including a “Joker Section” for the Ultra4 Classes. First off the line was Superior Engineering who set a fast but comfortable pace to lead the day to the finish line trouble free, followed by JD Racing and AMM Motorsports in Ultra4 Class.
The next day seen the racers tackle 4 shootout style stages with the first being a crowd favourite the Peters Plumbing and Excavations Short Course which seen racers use the expo section at LCMP doing a figure 8 style flat track section with a jump through the finish! Superior Engineering taking out the win again on this stage.
The next shootout was the Designfab All Terrain Rock Stage which seen cars through a rock garden, over logs, up hill limbs. Carnage from the team at JD Racing seen them roll heading up the hill climb out of the creek and Superior Engineering having a fast and clean run to take out the win for this stage.
Superior Engineering Hill Assault was next, it was hot but what a show this stage put on. After a fair few roll overs and broken cars, Thorpe Motorsport took the line to put on a show a with a spectator finish hill climb.
The final shootout stage was back at camp, the MadMatt 4wd Billabong Shootout. This was a fast stage which was an overall $500 fastest car. JD racing came out guns blazing and took out the big 1st place for this stage.
