Well the track clearing crew headed out to Cherrabah last weekend to knock over some new tracks.
Massive thanks to Remy, Brett, Ross, MadMatt and niece, Steve and Dad, Thomas, Andy, Shareece, Luke, Croppy, Melissa & Moose for coming out to help.
We cut probably about 2km of extra track in for Round 3.
New section is called "Scooters" and has a slab climb up the hill and then a run down through trees on the otherside which then gets back on to the main track for some open section.
We have also made the track longer from Ross's Rocks down to Log Cabin which then is cleared now to head up from Log Cabin to Hammerhead.
We have also found 3 new sections for us to run the Saturday shootouts which is going to be awesome for spectators. These will have fast sections then technical rock sections.
Tom, MadMatt and Ross also went for a bit of a drive to see if they could get from Balancing Rock to Scooters but with limited time to clear before Round 3 we have decided to try and make that for next year.
As for mud well it depends on the weather. At the moment it has started to dry out a fair bit which is good but with the pending forecast all we can do is hope for the best.
